Senior Product Designer

We are a team of Product Designers, UX Writers, UX Researchers and Learning Education experts creating user-centered design across all platforms. We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to create amazing user-centered designs that align with our overall product vision and business goals. 

The ideal candidate will own an end-to-end design process, including the phases of problem understanding, research, wireframing, prototyping, designing, and support development to execution and performance of design at a fast paced. 

The candidate should have a keen eye for a clean design, can do approach and eagerness to grow the UX culture in the company.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product requirements, based on the overall product and UX vision. 
• Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design solutions.
• Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of our products.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Establish and promote design system guidelines, industry best practices and standards.

• Over 5 years of UX Design experience for complex systems and apps working for at least two product companies – a must.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field – a must.
• Hands-on experience in problem understanding and problem solving.
• Proven proficiency in creating prototypes, wireframes, mockups, user flows/journey mapping and final designs for desktop and mobile devices in Figma.
• Proven effective communication and collaboration skills, you’re a team player, who shares knowledge within the UX and cross functional teams.
• Experience in user research and specifically in usability testing. 
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process in depth.
