While using the vcita app, data is constantly being generated based on your daily operations. Reports analyze the data and provide you with easy to understand dashboards that display all the information you need to know where your business stands on all fronts.
You can use the data to gain key insights on how your business is performing: see how your marketing campaigns are doing, track any and all payments, see where your clients are in their journey, and even compare staff performance.
Where can you find Reports?
This feature is available by clicking on “Reports” on the left hand panel of your dashboard, where you’ll be taken to a page that displays all reports you have on hand.
There are currently 11 different reports you can view, which you can also filter based on what you want to see or even the time period you want to examine more closely. Each report is dynamically generated and presents you with colorful tables, charts and graphs that enable you to get a complete view of your business in real time.
The reports are broken down into 5 main categories: Payments, Bookings, Clients, Marketing and Staff, with each report breaking further down into a few different views so that you can see each one from different perspectives.
What can you do with Reports?
You can view and analyze reports to learn things like which service you provide generates the most income, or which staff member has the least amount of no-shows. This valuable input will allow you to make quality, data-driven decisions that are key to a successful business.
Reports are a great tool to gain powerful business insights and make smart business decisions by analyzing real-time data. You can measure your success by analyzing things like revenue streams and the performance of your marketing campaigns.
